Appellant Deaundrey Laval Wooten appeals his convictions for intoxication manslaughter, challenging the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence and alleging error by the trial court in (1) admitting allegedly unreliable expert testimony regarding appellants blood-test results, accident reconstruction, and drug recognition, (2) denying appellants requested jury instruction as to criminally negligent homicide, (3) admitting appellants statements made to medical personnel, and (4) denying appellants motion to quash an enhancement paragraph in the indictment. We affirm.
